AVOID, Visited on Sunday to look into booking a room, ended up paying a deposit after agreeing on a price to move in on Wednesday for a month, asked for picture of the room and was shown a room with a kitchen, and was told we would be on the third floor, I arrived on Wednesday with all my luggage, I wanted to pay card but was told cash only so I went and got cash, got back and then was told that the room was on the second floor with no kitchen, not what was agreed, I asked for a full refund and they tried giving me a thousand baht less then I had paid, I’m now stranded with nowhere to stay and have the stress of finding somewhere else. NOT HAPPY and would advise to AVOID. Service: 1

Pros: the restaurant bartender hostess is awesome. The prices are very reasonable. There is a good camaraderie among the people who go there so you can make friends potentially. Cons: a couple of frustrations I had with the on-site manager although I was in a stress position so that would have played a role in my perception. But the biggest problem was noise transfer from above and outside and it causing me to lose sleep. That's kind of a deal-breaker for a hotel for me no matter how good the other things are. Service: 4

Super big room. Super friendly service by Lisa Hotel Manager. My dog is so happy here. Quiet, no motorcycle noise. Has smoking rooms, too. Swimming pool and restaurant with bar. Only 990 Baht/day. The best resort hotel that I have ever find in Pattaya Area. Bring your pets and family here and enjoy your good vacation in Del Max Resort Pattaya. You will love the environment and easy access to shops and to beaches. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
