The spicy tuna tartare add crispy seaweed was quite good then I had the Yakitori of chicken thigh pork prawns scallops when this was served it was cold, which is very poor for such an expensive restaurant. I had a glass of white and red wine which were not very large for the price, also the red wine was very cold and had been kept in the fridge. This should be at room temperature, as the only way to fully taste the characters of the Spanish red wine. This shows a total lack of knowledge, of serving red wine, in an expensive restaurant, where it cost me over 3000 bth for one person, in Pattaya. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿2,000+

I had such a wonderful experience at Den Japanese Restaurant! The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure every detail of the dining experience was just right. The food was absolutely outstanding—beautifully presented and full of flavor. Each dish felt carefully crafted, balancing creativity with authentic Japanese taste. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something special! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
