Dieci is easily one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve tried in Hong Kong. We were lucky enough to secure a booking because the restaurant was extremely busy, and it’s easy to understand why once you experience the food and atmosphere. The place has an energetic and authentic vibe that feels both lively and intimate at the same time. What really stood out was how hands-on the owners were. You can genuinely feel their passion and attention to detail throughout the dining experience, from the service to the quality of the dishes being served. It gives the restaurant a very personal and welcoming touch despite how packed it gets. The pasta was absolutely incredible — honestly some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Perfect texture, rich flavors, and clearly made with great care and quality ingredients. Every bite felt balanced and satisfying. Overall, Dieci fully lived up to the hype and is definitely a restaurant I would return to whenever in Hong Kong. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My pasta-loving soul was in heaven. We had the Pasta Mista, inspired by a heartfelt tradition of Italian Sunday family gatherings, tossed in a vibrant local prawn and sweet Italian DaNerino tomatoes. Then came the perfectly chewy handmade Tagliolini with sweet local clams and rich Sardinian bottarga completely won me over! Don’t miss their Pollo alla Leccarda either—juicy local Three Yellow chicken leg with a rich, velvety chicken liver and anchovy sauce. Simple, seasonal, and so comforting. 10/10 recommend! Price per person: $400–450 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Second time dining at this place and we loved everything about it. Service was fabulous. My friend was a vegetarian and the chef made sure he catered to her requests and the meal was excellent. The duck ragu and the prawn pasta Mista was delicious! We also loved the olive oil served with the bread. Would definitely come back. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
