Diner Wednesday Furano was one of the highlights of our trip. The owner runs the entire show herself, from taking orders to cooking every dish, and it was incredible to see the amount of care and effort she puts into every meal. Everything that came out of the kitchen was scrumptious, freshly prepared, and packed with flavour. You can really taste the passion behind the food. Despite handling everything on her own, the quality never skipped a beat. By the end of the meal, every plate was completely cleared. Not a single bite was left behind. That’s how good the food was. If you’re in Furano, this cosy little diner is well worth a visit. Great food, warm hospitality, and a memorable dining experience all thanks to one hardworking lady running the whole show herself.
