Bread was hard and dry and mini croissants tasted burnt and stale, quality has dropped. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $10–20

My wife and I were here today (4 February 2026) looking for some bread and dessert bakes. It was our first time visiting this Donq store in Westgate, although we have frequented the Donq store in Ngee Ann City or Takashimaya, and we have always been impressed by their selection of bakes; especially its dessert bakes. Today, we decided to take away a Raspberry Chocolate tart that looked very scrumptious, and a Butter Jumbo Matcha that looked decidedly deLIGHTfully pretty - and a loaf of Hard Toast. As always, the dessert bakes from Donq are excellent and I might add, reasonably priced. Service at this Donq store was nice. And the shopping experience here was very good with its wide enough aisles. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
