I came here to get my morning coffee. I ordered 50% sweet and it was good. The coffe tastes yummy. For me not enough sweet but that was my mistake for ordering it with 50% sweet. My wife ordered some tea with 50% sweet but she got it 100% sweet. The staff was sorry but we said it’s okay and I personally liked it a lot. The staff tried to sell us some other bakery and really tried a lot even we said we don’t want but that’s fine. They also have promotion to get 30 Baht discount if you have AIS or True Account. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

สั่งชาไทย กับชารอยัล ในโปร 2 แก้ว119 บาท ตอนแรกๆคิดว่าจะดี สรุป ได้รับเป็นชารอยัล 2 แก้ว สิ่งที่ต้องแก้ไข 1. พนักงานไม่ทวนเมนู ทำผิด หวังให้เรารับไปในสิ่งที่เราไม่ได้สั่ง เราต้องให้พูดใหัเขาเปลี่ยนใหม่ เขาถึงจะยอมทำให้ ไม่โอเคมากๆที่พยายามจะเงียบทำท่าที เพื่อให้ลูกค้ารับไป 2. พนักงาน ไม่ขอโทษเลย แม้กระทั่งตอนทำเมนูใหม่ให้ก็ไม่ขอโทษ พนักงานทำให้เรารู้สึกว่าเรามีปัญหาทั้งๆที่เราไม่ได้ผิดอะไรเลย ทำผิดไม่ได้อะไรเท่าไหร่ เท่ากับการแก้ไขเฉพาะหน้า กับจิตสำนึกการบริการไม่ดี ควรปรับปรุงให้ไวที่สุดนะคะ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
