Flat White Score: 9/10 • Milk Texture: 1.8/2 (Excellent microfoam, velvety) • Strength: 1.7/2 (Really enjoyable, though could be a bit stronger - if I'm picky) • Balance: 1.8/2 (Delicious floral flavour - sweet, chocolatey with comforting thickness and body) • Temperature: 1.8/2 (I'm fussy and prefer it a touch hotter, but very close to perfect) • Presentation: 1.9/2 (Exceptional latte art - very pleasing to the eye. Light caramelised C02 bubbles visible, suggesting fresh beans) Verdict: Rare / Elite Flat White Top of the pile - this is my favourite coffee shop in Thailand! (If not, anywhere in the world so far) I always try to get the same barista and it shows - consistently excellent! The cup size is generous, which is another bonus! More delicious coffee!
