変わらず品質高いと思います。チェンマイに来るとようく行かせてもらっていましたがCOVID で行くことができず久しぶりの訪問となりました。ハズレがないので安心して食べられます。

Some places are restaurants. Some places are memories. When we first arrived in Chiang Mai in 2018, Da Antonio Ristorante Italiano was the very first restaurant where we sat down to enjoy a meal. Today, many years later, it still feels like coming home. Having known Giorgio and the incredible legacy he built, it is wonderful to see how Antonio and the entire family continue to preserve and elevate the tradition, passion, and authenticity that made this restaurant such a beloved institution in Chiang Mai. Our dinner was simply outstanding. We started with the Calamari Fritti, perfectly crispy, light, and flavorful. The Prosciutto e Melone was exceptional—the melon was incredibly sweet, juicy, and tender, pairing beautifully with the delicate prosciutto. For pizzas, we enjoyed a fantastic Prosciutto Crudo, Mushroom & Gorgonzola, rich and balanced with authentic Italian flavors, alongside a delicious Salame Pizza, perfectly baked with a wonderful crust and generous toppings. The highlight of the pasta selection was undoubtedly the Pasta alla Delizia, a dish prepared with care, quality ingredients, and true Italian soul. To conclude an already incredible evening, we shared a Tiramisù made with heart. Every spoonful reflected the passion, tradition, and dedication that this family has put into their restaurant for so many years. Thank you, Antonio and family, for keeping Giorgio’s spirit alive and for continuing to offer one of the most authentic Italian dining experiences in Chiang Mai.
