Unfortunately it was a disaster - don’t normally have a problem with unauthentic Italian restaurants in Asia (not everywhere can be authentic), but if you decide to open an Italian restaurant in a so called 5-star resort (with consequent prices), you would at least expect the chefs to have received proper training and have some knowledge about Italian cuisine. Instead it looks like the chefs not only don’t know how to cook any Italian dish, but clearly have never eaten any real Italian food in their lives Quite embarrassing for the price point and for anyone familiar with actual Italian food. This is not meant to be bitchy, but the food here was offensive (pizza in particular was inferior to any frozen pizza and I’ve seen some dodgy plates of pasta)- please just learn about Italian food before opening a restaurant (claiming it’s authentic ha), and train the kitchen staff accordingly Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
