A Big Thank You to Hazel at Da Paolo Gastronomia - VivoCity We had the pleasure of dining at Da Paolo Gastronomia—VivoCity last evening, 02/01/25, and we just have to share our experience. Hazel attended to us, and honestly, her service was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such warmth and sincerity that it made us feel genuinely welcomed. What really stood out to us was Hazel's patience. She took the time to answer our questions and helped us make our selections without ever making us feel rushed, which is something you don’t come across very often these days, especially in Singapore. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with a cheerful attitude really left a lasting impression. It's rare to meet someone in the service industry who genuinely goes above and beyond, and Hazel did just that. She turned what could have been an ordinary visit into a truly memorable one. We are incredibly grateful for her effort and kindness—it made our day. To Hazel: Thank you so much for your exceptional service. And to Da Paolo, you’re lucky to have her on your team!
