I’ve been coming to this coffee shop regularly, and I have to say the service is consistently excellent. A special shoutout to Alex, who always greets everyone with a genuine smile and remembers my usual order. It’s small touches like that which make the experience feel personal. If you enjoy getting the wrong order twice in a row, this is the place for you. The male cashier has a real talent for mixing things up — both times we visited, our orders were wrong. When we went back to point it out, he blamed us, saying it was our fault for not checking, even though it is clearly his responsibility. He even told us not to bother him since he was too busy — must be hard work getting so many orders wrong. To make things worse, the hot coffee wasn’t even hot. Rude service, bad attitude — will not be coming back again. Giving 1 star purely for the nice outdoor seating area.

If you wish to have a good day with coffee, you may want to skip this “Good Day Coffee”. For a start, the waiter that is big size would greet you at counter with a “you owe me a lot of money” attitude. Food ordering is scary by any measures. After the order, you get a seat and wait for the pager to beep. The indoor only has 3 tables including us. The manager took 1 busy with his paperwork. The other is already served. We waited a long time for our food. Then we saw the food was at the server counter. We approached them to know that they paged the wrong number. During the wait for about 15 min, we heard the staffs in the kitchen were using expletives without the consideration of anyone around. Finally the manager stood up from his table to join them, adding more expletives. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
