As a loyal customer who has always appreciated the charm and quality of Daddy Deli's original location, I had high hopes for your new, larger space. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me disappointed.
During my visit, I encountered several issues:
The order was not served as requested, with items arriving at different times.
The meat, served incorrectly, was cold by the time the rest of the meal arrived.
There was no acknowledgment, apology, or attempt to rectify the situation from your team.
The beauty of your original location was its attention to detail and the personal touch, which seems to have been lost in this transition. Expanding is an exciting milestone, but it’s important not to sacrifice quality and customer experience in the process.
I urge you to revisit the saying, “Small is beautiful.” A larger space can still deliver exceptional service, but it requires clear processes, attentive staff, and a commitment to the values that made you successful.
