This is truly a hidden gem for vegan food. They specialize in fermentation and offer Korean dishes inspired by temple food style, which makes the whole experience feel very unique and thoughtful. We tried quite a variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. The bracken pesto pasta was especially impressive, and the Jeju wild vegetable noodles were also a highlight. I even took some of their yogurt home, and it was excellent as well. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something special and different! Genuinely one of the best meals of my life. The people here were incredibly kind, and we felt the love they put into the meal. We also went to Legume while we were on this trip, but 풀 발효부엌 was the star Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm no vegan and no vegitarian and yet this place is a 10/10 for me. The pasta and curry was fantastic, presentation - unique and service - top tier + a nice old cat that sat on my lap for an hour. Can recommend this place for sure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
