Hello, this is Cheonan restaurant YouTuber Billy Hult. This is the worst restaurant, not even worth a 1-star rating. Even though I ate the black bean noodles in the hall, it was dry and tasted like it had been left in the refrigerator. It really didn't taste good. The sanitary uniform the owner was wearing was worn, as if it had never been washed. It's a place where hygiene is so worrisome that if you report it to the district office, you'll likely be fined.
