Late night food hunt in Sokcho town, not many stores were open, but we chance upon this jokbal restaurant. We tried the combo of spicy and regular braised jokbal, and both delivered. The jokbal was excellent. The meat was super tender with chewy texture, packed with rich collagen and a deep savory flavor. The spicy jokbal was absolutely fire, seriously spicy, but so addictive it was hard to stop. The side salad paired really well too, helping to balance out the richness. Easily one of the best meals we had in Sokcho. Definitely a strong recommend. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
