(August 2025) We went straight for a BBQ and hot stew combo after a good sauna. The piping hot Sundubu Jjigae plus smoky grilled meats felt extra satisfying. We got the [1] Signature 모듬구이 (gobchang, daechang, magchang), Beef Tripe and Beef Tartare. Everything was rich and flavourful, especially fresh off the grill with steam still coming off the meat. Best way to chomp: 1. Dipped the tripe with red sauce and pair it with green onion kimchi and meat. 2. Dipped daechang with oil sauce, ssam, wasabi and flying fish roe. (Personal favourite) Do get a Pepsi to end it off! Nothing beats a gassy drink with fried or oily stuff. p.s.
