I know the good is great here. That is why I revisited. The problem is the current marketing campaign on social media to drive in customers. To make it brief. The campaign featured special menu that really catch attention to make customers make decisions to purchase the deal. It works. But once the customers arrive and it turns out the special menu is not included in the package. This can be blamed on the customers not paying on the attentions on small details. But if this is the case that the marketing team use this kind of tricks on hospitality visit, then customer loyalty vanishes. The customers will take businesses somewhere else. Yok Chinese Restaurant was an excellent experience. The food was outstanding — full of flavor, well prepared, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, the service was attentive and professional, and the whole meal felt smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. A great place for high-quality Chinese food and a very memorable dining experience. Highly recommend.

My husband made a reservation for us to have lunch here on Chinese New Year. We came back because we remembered how good the food was during our previous visit — and this time, the food was just as good as we remembered. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The younger staff seemed hesitant to attend to customers, while the senior staff were rushing around trying to serve everyone and, as a result, we were overlooked. After 30 minutes, we had only received 4 small plates of dumplings, while customers who arrived after us were already being served. Since it was Chinese New Year, we were hoping for a pleasant and enjoyable meal. Sadly, due to the poor service, we decided to leave and celebrate somewhere else. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
