The double bed room was better than the single king/queen room. The single room was super small with a bad layout. The service was not great, they didn’t seem to really want to exert much energy. We had to change rooms due to a booking issue and said we can check back in anytime, but that was not true. After checking out of the first room we had to wait until 3pm to check back in. This seemed ridiculous and they could have expedited the cleaning knowing we were waiting for that room since 11.

Overall: Hotel was okay, but I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it. Cons: 1. Lobby looks nice but rooms don’t match—felt dirty, and there was a hair in my bed. 2. Front desk staff were unhelpful and did the bare minimum. 3. Arrived 20 minutes before check-in and wasn’t allowed to use the coin laundry. 4. Staff refused to assist with luggage transfer forms (written in Japanese), unlike every other hotel we stayed at.

I stayed overnight. The staff in the lobby was really nice. Breakfast was not good, and I couldn't watch YouTube or Netflix on TV in my room. But the location is great, so I could easily use public transportation such as buses and taxis. The room was neat and clean, to sum up, I am satisfied as a tourist. Service: 5
