• dalloyau is quite a nice spot i usually go to buy birhtday cakes for family & friends, but i recently found out that the world's first-ever opera cake was actually created by a dalloyau chef, and you honestly have to try the original version. every single layer gives you a different texture, and when you pair it with a sip of coffee (or matcha if u r like me) for the perfect 3:15 treat • make sure to grab some goods to-go as well - their new frozen opera set (box of 4) is great, perfect for enjoyment anytime at home. you get four unique flavors: classic original, yuzu, raspberry, and pistachio. can keep up to a month in the freezer!

Here are what I have tried: • 經典歌劇院蛋糕 $68 This work of art is a showcase of their finest quality! From the design to their use of ingredients, each part is made by impeccable handcrafts! This 8-layer cake consists of 70% dark chocolate ganache, coffee cream, espresso-soaked joconde biscuit base and finished with a touch of gold, combining both tastefulness and luxury in a piece of cake! No better place to try an opera cake than the inventor itself! • 開心果脆朱古力 $238 This masterpiece is created by a two-Michelin-starred chef that incorporates crispness and chocolate in a piece of dessert together! There are so many flavours to choose from like macadamia, peanut butter and even Sichuan pepper! ️ I got the pistachio flavour and I can assure you I have never tried pistachio chocolate that is even similar to this! Pistachio cream mixed with kadayif and put inside the 66% dark chocolate shell is just perfect! If you are planning to gift this to someone, you can even choose a pretty casing to show-off! You can also enjoy a 10% off for purchasing 2 boxes or above now! • & 伯爵茶 & 香桃冰茶 A must-have beverage in an afternoon tea! The earl grey tea is perfectly steeped and rich in flavour while the peach tea has a hint of mint flavour! Both are a great balance to the sweet dessert that we just enjoyed!
