Warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the decor. Friendly, attentive staff. Fast service. Last time I visited was lunchtime. Carbonara was excellent. Sauce was delicious, and served in a warm plate which makes a difference. Fish and chips were average. Portion was small. Tartar sauce was good Stella was good quality. Price is ok for this kind of western restaurant I think Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $150–200 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Terrible experience—dirty, stale, and poorly managed. Plates arrived dirty with visible dirt, water spots, and hair; had to ask the server to replace them with zero apology. Bread basket was stale old bread, nowhere near fresh. Burger overcooked, fish and chips subpar (not their usual), and Coke from the gun flat with no sweetness. Pity—this place has been around for years, and we used to love the brand, but it’s clearly fading fast with sloppy operations. Avoid unless standards improve.
