We always came for their old school custard puff and chinese pastry which had won them a stable handful return of regular customers. For a neighbourhood bakery shop, it is consider above average for only the custard puff and chinese pastry, especially their freshly made Taiwan Sun biscuit, the rest is just plain jane. The owner may have put in effort for the delicious pastries but the shop staff attitude and service had turned customer off. The recent weekend patron we got very bad treatment from one of the unfamiliar non local women staff. We travelled from far end to enjoy their custard puff, and yet got accused with unreasonable treatment. With this type of poor customer service, it is very hard to maintain the regular customer support. I sincerely hope the shop owner to review on this so not to waste the built up customers relationship and lose the shop rapport. Let the customers to enjoy your good stuff continuously and not facing your staff bad attitude and bad services. Do note the big open carpark behind the block had closed for upgrade work, we have to get a parking lot a few blocks away since the most nearest carpark has very limited carpark lots. The lady at the cashier has the worse attitude. Maybe choose to work another industry instead of customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
