Visited Darkness Dessert at Temple Street and honestly loved the experience! The desserts were beautifully presented, not overly sweet and tasted authentic. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, making it a great place to chill after dinner. Friendly service, nice ambience and definitely a spot I would visit again for dessert cravings! The black sesame paste was thick and taste good. No crowd during lunch time. Prices are on the steeper with gst added on top of the price list on the menu. Do share with someone if you are getting something more than $10 bucks. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Located along Temple Street in Chinatown, the the brown and blue line and alight at Chinatown MRT station. Take a 5 to 10 mins walk towards the souvenir shop houses to Temple street. You will be able to locate them by looking for their signages. This cafe is uniquely designed and don't seem to be a dessert cafe. They simply serve traditional desserts and desserts which are uniquely interpreted by them. I would advise to ask their friendly staff on how big a portion is the menu items before you place your order. I ordered 2 big bowls which it was quite difficult to finish as they are humongous. Their mango ice cream tastes uniquely good and the fruits used in their desserts are fresh. I tried their red bean desert which is served with vanilla ice cream, it's just the right amount of sweetness when paired with the ice cream. If you would like to avoid the crowd, come by before 1600hrs, thereafter might have groups of people patronizing. Kindly drop by and try their menu, you won't be disappointed.
