You need to provide more details about whether or not dogs are allowed. Simply booking and then refusing entry is a waste of time. Service: 2

I booked this hotel for March 21, 2026, through Booking.com (number 6692.865.070 in booking.com app). I prepaid with a Visa Platinum card. I've used both this service and this card many times, and everything has always gone smoothly. This time, they refused to check me in, citing a lack of payment. They also asked me to pay extra upon check-in, when I was already at the hotel reception with my luggage. I didn't pay. This is terrible; they ruined all my plans and those of my wife. I contacted Booking.com about a refund, but I still haven't received it. If I continue to receive no refund, I will contact the Visa concierge. Service: 1
