Das Bier's famous signature dish is the German salted pork knuckle, which is served in the original, and even the bone is given to you, real ingredients. The skin of the pork knuckle is very crispy, and the sound of bubbling is as good as that of Hong Kong roast pork. Order a little mustard sauce and get first-class beer. The meat in the noodles is very tender and smooth, not stagnant at all, and not too salty. It is really good to serve with sauerkraut, and it tastes first-class when added with potato salad.
