As a Dutch resident, I was absolutely thrilled to find this store in Seoul. So, I tried the freshly made stroopwafels. However, upon tasting, I could instantly recognize that the texture and taste are significantly different from a typical Dutch stroopwafel. I found that the stroopwafel is more dry and lacks the unique flavor of stroop. For an authentic Dutch experience of a stroopwafel, I'm afraid you'll have to visit the Netherlands.
