This café is supposedly known for good coffee, which is why I came. I started with a Thai tea and had a friendly conversation with the owner. I even mentioned I’d come back to try the coffee since I’d heard good things. I ended up staying 2–3 hours working on my laptop and briefly charging it. There’s a convenient power outlet right next to the table. When it came time to pay, things got questionable. Instead of the expected 40 baht for the tea, he asked for 100 baht. The explanation: 60 baht for electricity. That’s completely unreasonable. (1 KWH = 5 THB, many businesses are even getting free energy from the state) A laptop uses a very small amount of power over a couple of hours—costing only a few baht at most. His argument that the air conditioning should be included doesn’t make sense, since it runs regardless of whether I’m there or not. This felt like deliberate overcharging, especially toward customers who might not question it. Very disappointing experience and not trustworthy guy. I won’t be coming back. As recommended to me. It's one of the rare coffee style. Just across from Masjid. This is the second time I visit it. Last time I came on SONGKRAN. They still have their good quality. I highly recommend the espresso if you are a fan. They have many options but to be honest I get the espresso every time I come here. Thanks to the man working here and his wife. Very polite people. "DEE" for your information, means GOOD in thai :) And this is double good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
