Best strawberry cream cake I've had in my life. Located in the lobby of the Lotte hotel, Delica Hans is undoubtedly one of the best cake shops in Seoul. They have a wide selection of cakes, but a lot of their special cakes requires ordering in advance. I was fortunate to snag their signature strawberry cake during the Christmas holidays, and it was crafted to perfection. Made with strawberries, cream, and cake bread, the cake itself was quite simple. However, the sheer quality of its ingredients made it divine. The bread was extremely soft and fluffy, and the cream was the smoothest I've tried. Needless to say, the strawberries were also high quality. Although their cakes come with a hefty price tag, I would recommend trying them if you are a fan of strawberry cakes.
