I came to this Resturant on 7th June 2020 at 6:30pm so way before curfew, I’m asian and my husband from Europe, we both live and work in Thailand. The Resturant has tables outside and inside about 7 free tables. Not full and still maintaining social distance with other diners, we asked for a table of 2 and the waiter, an Indian or Nepali origin as I didn’t catch his name told us impolitely “We are full” there were no guests outside. I asked why, he kept repeating himself.
The tables and guests inside the Resturant were mainly locals and 1 Japanese group.
It felt we were denied because we were tourists, there was simply no reason to deny us a table, Racism beyond belief, during COVID-19.
