Chicken Found in My Vegan Wrap – Completely Unacceptable I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at this restaurant. I specifically ordered a vegan wrap because I am a vegetarian and wanted to be absolutely sure there would be no non-vegetarian ingredients in my food. From the beginning, I noticed a slight non-veg smell but ignored it, assuming I might be mistaken. However, after eating almost half of the wrap, I saw something that looked like a chicken piece. When I opened the wrap fully, I was shocked to find 5–6 visible chicken pieces inside. I was honestly shocked to the core. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, the person at the counter seemed embarrassed but did not even offer a proper apology. Instead, he casually said, “You can just keep it aside and eat it.” That response was completely unacceptable. If I was okay with picking out chicken, I could have ordered any other dish. I trusted your restaurant when I specifically chose a vegan item. When I questioned how this could happen, he said he “doesn’t know how it came there.” That explanation is unbelievable. Food does not accidentally assemble itself. Vegan and vegetarian customers choose their food for ethical, religious, or health reasons. Serving chicken in a vegan dish is not a small mistake — it is a serious breach of trust. This is misleading and feels like cheating your customers. Very disappointing experience Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We ordered a chicken burger, chicken wrap, and tuna sandwich. Overall, the taste was just okay and felt quite bland. Almost everything had a very similar taste, so there wasn’t much variety. Prices are on the higher side while the portion sizes are smaller. One suggestion for the owners would be to introduce more variety in their sauces to enhance the flavor. The main reason we chose this place was that it’s a halal restaurant, which is a big plus in this area. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
