I recently visited Délifrance for brunch and was blown away by their current menu offerings. We started off with their new fruit-infused matcha frappes, and they did not disappoint. Strawberry Matcha Frappuccino: This was an incredible blend of earthy, high-quality matcha and a sweet, vibrant strawberry puree layer at the bottom. It’s whipped-cream topped perfection and super refreshing. Mango Matcha Frappuccino: A unique tropical twist! The mango adds a bright, tangy sweetness that cuts through the rich green tea flavor beautifully. Highly recommend if you want something unique. Matcha Adzuki Tart: This dessert is literally a work of art. The piping on the matcha mousse is incredibly precise, shaped like a beautiful dome. Taste-wise, it’s a brilliant balance of bitter-sweet matcha paired with the traditional sweetness of red bean (adzuki) inside, all sitting on a perfectly crisp, buttery tart shell. Smoky Pulled Beef and Cheese Sourdough: This was the absolute star of the meal. They do not skimp on the portions here. It’s a massive double-decker style sourdough sandwich packed with incredibly tender, deeply flavorful smoky pulled beef. The entire top slice of sourdough is blanketed in a generous layer of golden, beautifully melted, bubbly cheese. It comes served with a fresh side salad topped with pomegranate seeds, which provides a perfect, sharp contrast to the rich, savory sandwich. Tried the limited KITKAT chocolate mousse at Delifrance and it’s quite nice! Smooth, rich and slightly crunchy, not overly sweet. Perfect for a chill tea break. Love that it’s Singapore-exclusive, feels a bit special. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Simple and good. The service staff Sudesh was really friendly and helpful even though I can tell that they are really busy / understaffed / overworked. There was another Indian lady who had a great smile and brought utensils to my table cos it ran out at the common area. Really appreciated the gesture cos I just had a surgery and it helped me walked slightly lesser. But they ran out of my fav sultana today :(( Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
