火鶏肉飯の本場、嘉義で美味しいお店。 日曜日の午後に訪問。 ランチタイムを外し訪れたものの、数人並んでいる人気店でした。 火鶏肉飯（ジーローハン）と火鶏下水湯（もつスープ）、サラダを注文しました。 嘉義では鶏肉ではなく、七面鳥の肉を使っていることで有名とのことで、柔らかくてそしていいこんがり感。 お肉の味を生かすために薄味でとても美味しかった。 一緒に食べた火鶏肉下水湯もさっぱりしていて美味しかったです！. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I visited Democracy Turkey Rice in Chiayi and was excited to try what many say is the best turkey rice around. The service is straightforward, though it can be a bit challenging for foreigners as there’s no English menu and the staff don’t speak English. However, with the help of Google Translate, I was able to navigate the menu. The turkey rice here is absolutely the best I’ve had. The turkey is cut into perfectly bite-sized pieces, and they coat the rice with turkey fat or pork fat, which adds an incredibly rich and savory flavor that sets it apart from other places. The atmosphere is lively and serviceable for eating, though not much focus on ambience—but honestly, I wasn’t disappointed.
