K11という巨大ショッピングモールの中にある四川料理のお店。 日本では陳麻婆豆腐の回鍋肉が好きで、本場のを食べてみたかったので回鍋肉を注文。 日本のキャベツ入りのものではなく、葉ニンニクが入っていて美味しい。けどかなり辛い。 私は辛いのが好きなタイプだから美味しくいただけたけど、辛いのが苦手な方は他のにした方が良いかと思います。 お会計はテーブルで行うスタイル（香港ではそれが普通）。 ライスと回鍋肉でソフトドリンクで314香港ドル（6000円）でした。 ヴィクトリアハーバーを眺められる席を希望した方が良いです。 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$300–350 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

My favorite Sweet Bean Walnut in Sichuan DengG There are mainly two areas, one side you can see the seaview and another side is more indoor more, even we have booked in advance, no window seat offered sad. besides, we have ordered spicy marinated beef but they are already out of stock before 7pmthe environment is pretty comsy here Walnut with sweet bean seriously my favorite haaa, order everytime if the restaurant is offering haa, so crispy and having lovely sweetness which i love thissss Mouth watering chicken is just ok, too soft chicken texture, luckily they help separate the spicy sauces as side, not too fresh Signature dan dan noddles is super spicy and numbing, having a small bowl, i think have few to try is enough for me lol Kung Bao Chicken having many chili insides, if you can’t eat spicy food then you can still eat the chicken pieces and cash chew cause they are not spicy haa Braised Sliced Mandarin Fish Congee, the texture is so special like a super small water chestnut, so chewy which i like, simply not like rice if you don’t know what is it in advance, the taste having a bit of sweetness, such a nice try, sliced mandarin fish having smooth texture, overall is okayy Fried Rice with assorted seafood is one of the best dishes tonight, dried rice and fresh shrimps, good having some small crab roes insides, the taste is good haa Except sweet walnut and seafood fried rice, other dishes seem just okay not in very high standard, overall not too outstanding, instead the environment is more comsy, and the portion is relatively small here Taste 4 Service 4 Envir 4.5 Hygiene 4 Value 3 Deng G Sichuan Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $300–350 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
