*Pungnap-dong cafe with emotional interior and good music selection It's like a cafe in Seongsu-dong, which doesn't match the quiet atmosphere of rural Seoul in Pungnap-dong. It's run by a young male owner, and I'm nervous that it might close because it's not busy at all. The coffee isn't anything special, but it's delicious to suit the atmosphere, and there are also a variety of desserts. Cappuccino is not on the menu, but they make it for the same price as cafe latte. The music is dreamy and has a mysterious atmosphere that makes you immerse yourself in the cafe. At night, along with the lights, you become lost in contemplation. **There is another Den's Coffee right next to it on Google Maps, but it appears to be the location before the store moved. This newly opened premises in Gangdong-gu is hard to miss. The deep wooden interior and eye-catching blue decal on the front window stand in contrast to the regular retail outlets on either side of this relatively small space. The interior is carefully curated with branded posters, cake stand, a Faema E61 espresso machine and other "Dense Coffee" goods. The whole concept from layout, branding, baking and coffee brewing is the sole work of the energetic Park Chan-lee, former competitive swimmer, now a speciality cafe owner and designer. At the time of visiting, Dense were using a coffee blend called "Incense" from Seoul based roaster Koffee Sniffer (Natural Processed Ethiopia and Brazil - Berry Like, Fruit, Compote, Brown Sugar). Homemade baking include custom (!) Pop Tarts, cheesecakes and brownies.
