While spending a month at a nearby Airbnb, I ended up visiting The Paul in Jeonju around eight times, so you could say it became a bit of a local haunt for me. One standout drink that I even captured on video is their 만년설 (mannyeonseol), or Icecap. It lives up to its appearance: starting off sweet and transitioning into a nutty espresso undertone. A few sips in, I gave it a good stir and enjoyed the layered flavors all mixed together. If you're a pastry fan, this place won't disappoint. I often stocked up on their croissants, chocolate croissants, and olive ciabattas to kickstart my mornings. The atmosphere also makes it a solid choice if you're looking to hunker down and get some work done in a cafe setting. So, whether you're after quality coffee, pastries, or just a cozy workspace, The Paul has got you covered.
