ミュージシャンは夕方にライブ音楽を演奏します。スタッフはここで専門的なと評判です。素晴らしいサービスなのでここで休憩しながら食事をするのはいつも楽しい体験です。来客の観点からは、価格は民主的なです。そこの雰囲気は楽しいようです。でも Der BiergartenはGoogleで平均以下の評価を受けています。

Alcohol took a long time to come, and the beer tower had some black stuff in it. The atmosphere wasn't great, and the staff took forever to give us our drinks and pay our bill Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Our friends from Australia came over yesterday. It was their first time in Singapore, after having a buffet dinner at Parklane we thought we'd just cross over and have some drinks after dinner. We sat down and ordered some drinks from this place (they own the stretch of shops I guess, 3 of them) Our friend's son saw that there was a pool table at this place and we kindly ask the waitress if he could play (insert coins to play type a thing) he wasn't a very hyperactive kid, just a normal 7 year old. One if the adults then later played played with him and apparently the manager there approached us and said the kid damaged the table. When we asked where he said the boy made a hole in the carpet of the pool table (this boy wasn't screaming or misbehaving he listened well and was very aware of his surrounding but the manager seem to threatened the kid over this "damage") So the adults went over to talk to the manager, he said there's damage on the table. The manager pointed to a tiny hole and said the boy did this. Honestly we couldn't see well and also there's already other damages on the table. The manager said he'll show us the CCTV proof of when the boy damaged the table. But in the end there was no clear proof and he started showing us random footages from the timeline and even pointed out another person thinking it was one of us. Anyways since there was no proof and the manager then pointed to the damage on the table (this time it was a different hole even tinier) I told him this wasn't what you showed us earlier. So he was trying to charge us $900 (at this point I can tell it's just a scam) I said can you call your owner he said no he'd call the police. He said he checks the table after everyone has played and people in thepast also had to pay for the damage ($900 was to change the entire carpet on the pool table) So we let him call the police. He's going on about how he knows Singapore better than us and he knows the rules, so i said sure he can call the police. The police arrived later and since they were investigating, we had to wait about 2 hours or more. While the police were still investigating, this manager suddenly comes to our table and says he doesn't want to charge anymore. Honestly what the hell, you made us go through this trouble and now the police are here and suddenly you change your mind? It also doesn't make sense that he said other customers who damaged the table paid before. Then why was the carpet on the pool table full of wear and tear? Anyways when the investigation was done, we did not have to pay, since the manager can't really prove anything. But apparently there were other customers before us that paid. So we paid for our drinks (to be honest for all that trauma I wished it was comp) and left after 3 hours. So if you're visiting this place, don't touch the pool table. We wasted time. Price per person: $70–80 Service: 1

*Injured By Broken Chair*
We visited Der Biergarten on 7th Dec at about 9pm and was injured by one of the broken chair placed just as normal in the bar, resulted a long wound on the right leg ( approximately about 10cm long). None of the staff is there to help until the chef walk out from Kitchen. After notified their Manager, he struggled to provide any first aid kit, he claimed that the first aid kid has been utilized by another chef who had cut a day ago. He then claimed that he will go to 7 11 located at opposite of the street to buy antiseptic product, however , he came back with a pack of wet tissue and plaster. He mentioned that no antiseptic product is available. Due to the seriousness of the wound, we went to that 7 11, immediately we found antiseptic lotion on the shelve.
Yes, he did apologize to us, but no action has been taken by the manager after passed us the wet tissue and plaster.We felt that he is irresponsible, as customer, we pay to buy service and beverage, but end up a long and deep wound on the leg, and it is not acceptable for a business without proper first aid kit.
The cut is definately leave a scar!
We hereby demand for an explanation from the management within 3 days, if not , further action will be taken!
