Thanks for your positive review! See you next time :) ありがとうございました!

Excuse me, Ms Natalie. I don't understand why you need spread untrue statement on google review. We received your enquiry on 27/July/2026 at around 16:00 on site. In the same whatsapp conversation, you also provided cap screen message showing clearly that you are connected no problem with your iPhone. You had issues connecting via your laptop only. After your message, our on-site staff did the check with our IT team and she asked you to restart your device and try again. You went back to restart your device at around 16:00ish and did not look for our front desk staff for the rest of the day until you left at 21:39 on that day. As per our incident report, our staff also explained to you that this could be your firewall or security setting as all other 70+ devices were connecting normally at that time. This included our shop's POS systems and all the other customers on site on that day. Apparently, this was not our network problem, but your own device issue. For the record, in 2026 Year-To-Date, your laptop is the only device having WiFi connecting issue in our location. We as a co-working is meant to provide stable and reliable Internet access. Every day we have clients doing video calls using our stable and reliable network. Our WiFi do not block any device. This is an incident happened to maybe 1-in-10,000 devices. If your device has specific setting that prohibits usage of public WiFi, you need to adjust your security setting on your own. Our network has been working 24/7 normally without downtime in 2026. Thank you.
