Unpleasant, unfriendly, bad attitude of this lady seller. Impromptu decision along the way to go for dessert. We did not bring cash out and gathered coins found in the car which sufficient for 2bowls. This still don’t have paynow. We have ordered and stacked coins nicely for her. She said give me mainly either 50cents, $1 or notes, so told her never bring cash out and only got coins. Unexpectedly, she replied 没有钱就不要吃，不要来这里给我麻烦。。。 Oh my goodness!!! What kind of attitude is that???? I said ok, then we don’t eat to give you troubles. She still tell me yes don’t eat, no bring money why come and eat. Why!! Why a TGIF let me encountered this incident. So upset. I will never go. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service I received. The staff which an aunty was extremely rude to me, despite the fact that I was a paying customer. I informed her that I would be taking the dessert to go, but she began placing it in a bowl. When I promptly stopped her, she responded in a very disrespectful manner. As a customer, I believe I should be treated with basic courtesy, which was clearly lacking in this interaction. If it were possible to give a rating of below one, I would have done so instead of giving a one. This experience was both unpleasant and unacceptable. Service: 1
