I came to Dew by Whitegrass just for a light bite, without any big expectations, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. I ordered the Hokkaido scallops, and they were really tasty elegant, well-balanced, with a nice garlic soy sauce and mushrooms on top. The portion was small, but actually perfect for me: enough to enjoy the food and feel satisfied, but still light enough to continue walking around the city afterward. The place has a calm and refined atmosphere, and the service was very pleasant. Min looked after me, and everything felt professional and comfortable. I also appreciated the option of still or sparkling water, even though the water is charged separately. Overall, it was a very nice experience: tasty, elegant, not too heavy, and surprisingly reasonable for the quality and location. Thank you to Min and Chef Mark. Exceptional quality and creativity, as to be expected from Whitegrass’s impeccable gastronomy. Lovely small and larger tapas selections that are great for sharing over a cocktail in a cozy lounge setting with soft jazz in the air. Very reasonable prices for great value.
