Brand new gem restaurant The gem restaurant "THE DIAMOND RESTAURANT" is located in Yuen Long. It is a Western restaurant opened in 2017. It was formerly known for its nostalgic teppanyaki meals with Hong Kong-style sentiments. It was newly renovated in 2024 and transformed into a leisurely Western restaurant that combines a variety of dishes.
