Coffee is good but 1/ You ask to have your coffee on site and they still serve you in takeaway cups. 2/ You queue to order but then you wait even longer to be buzzed and pick your coffee. 3/ Coffees are smaller in size than at other cafes around yet more expensive. 4/ The loyalty scheme is the only one where you will need to accumulate 11 paid coffees to get the 12th one free. 5/ I showed my 2 loyalty cards which had no expiry date whatsoever with a cumulative 14 stamps today. The lady at cashier turned me down and said this scheme was no longer valid. After FOURTEEN STAMPS and respecting the initial T&Cs from those orignal loyalty cards. I argued in good faith for five minutes then gave up. Walked out disappointed over poor customer experience and will never return. Really sad to leave such a bitter taste in service just over a legitimately earned free coffee! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
