コチラのお店には2回目でした！ 前回はランチで食べに来たのですがその時もかなりの待ち時間でした！ 今回は夕食で行ったのですが、待ち時間が【85分】 お店の前にたくさんの人が待っていましたが、デパートの中にあるお店なので、他のお店をぶらぶら見ながら待っていました！ 料理はとても美味しい！ 小籠包から出てくる肉汁は最高に美味しい！ 私達が日本人だとわかったら、小籠包の食べ方をお知らせする説明書を持ってきてくれました！ とても親切！ 今が旬のタケノコはデザートか？と思うくらい美味しかったです！ 初めて食べてかなり美味しかったのは、紹興酒に漬けた鶏肉はかなり美味しかったです！ デザートにお芋とチョコレートの小籠包を食べましたが、チョコレートはイマイチだったかな！ お芋はとても美味しかったです！ 大満足！ また、食べにいきますね！ オススメですよ！. Good service has to be praised. After a really bad experience at “Power Of Meat”, we headed over to Din Tai Fung Taichung Branch. All I can say is we experienced day and night difference in service. This is the kind of Taiwan service that makes people come back again and again to Taiwan. Service started all the way from the seating, where they ensure that they properly set up the table before inviting you into the outlet. Then there is ordering system that allows preordering while you wait so food will come promptly after you are seated. When you arrive at the table, there is already a nice hot cup of tea waiting for you there. 100 points for service all around. Food is consistent and yummy, service impeccable. They have these stands for you to put your bags in and they cover it with a cloth to prevent foot small from getting on it, they also took the initiative to cover my wife’s jacket on the chair. Overall - this is just the same great service that you come to expect from an international brand! Price per person: NT$2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
