安定の予約しに行くと、日本語で待ち時間など案内してくれます。日本人は集められてるかのような周り日本人だらけでした。サービスはテキパキしていて快適、小籠包は安定の美味しさです。蟹味噌、トリュフ、普通の小籠包、海老とヘチマなどあります。チョコレート小籠包もおすすめです。. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Din Tai Fung Xinsheng Branch Din Tai Fung has multiple locations in various cities in Japan, but I visited there because I wanted to enjoy the authentic taste. It's been a great success with a constant stream of users from both Japan and abroad. All of the food was delicious, and the inside of the restaurant was clean, which is unusual for a restaurant in Taiwan, so it was very nice. I thought I might not have to go because I could eat it in Japan, but I'm glad I went. (About waiting time) I was unable to make an advance reservation as all slots were filled, so I went directly to the site. As of 3pm on Sunday, there was a 50 minute wait (approximately). I got a ticket issued at the ticket counter in front of the store, wandered around the area, returned 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and ended up waiting 60 minutes. I think it depends on the person at the reception, but the people who helped us were fluent in both Japanese and English and were really helpful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
