アメリカ人オーナーの本格アメリカンBBQ料理を楽しめるお店。この店舗周辺のエリアは飲食店が集まっており、その一角にこの店舗がありました。 今回頼んだのは2種選べるセットにしました。2つお肉と2つサイドメニューから選べます。 ブリスケット、ポークリブハーフ、フレンチフライ、ポテトサラダ。 お腹いっぱいになっても残りは持ち帰りできます。 アメリカスタイルのBBQブリスケットを初めて食べたくて訪れ、ステーキとは違う柔らかさとジューシーさで美味しかったです。ブリスケットは200gで2切れほどなので値段は高いですが、作るまでの工程が大変だと調べて知ったので見合っていると思います。 食事後半はお肉が冷めてしまい硬くなってしまいましたが、持ち帰ったものを家で温めて食べてもまた美味しかったです。. We've been supporting Dinky's BBQ since the COVID days, and it has remained one of our absolute favorite places to eat in Chiang Mai. From the homemade sausages, pulled pork, and tender pork belly to the incredible beef cheeks tacos and the ribs, every single dish we've tried has been outstanding. Honestly, there's no sugar-coating it, everything on the menu is delicious. The quality has always been consistent, and that's what keeps us coming back. Whenever we have friends or family visiting Chiang Mai, Dinky's BBQ is always one of the first places we recommend. We know they'll leave just as impressed as we always are. Today was extra special because we chose to celebrate my son's 12th birthday here, just the two of us. As we're preparing to leave Thailand after 19 wonderful years, we made sure that one of our last meals in Chiang Mai would be at Dinky's BBQ. We simply couldn't leave without coming back one more time. Thank you to the entire team for years of amazing food, warm hospitality, and wonderful memories. We will truly miss this place and will always remember it whenever we think of Chiang Mai. Wishing you continued success! You've definitely earned loyal customers for life. Meal type: Brunch
