The egg tarts are so so so good, so much better than the other bakeries in Hunghom. They are baked in sturdy metal molds instead of aluminum foil molds (which sadly many bakeries use), giving the crust a buttery, crispy crumbliness that I so value in Hong Kong style egg tarts.
