I recently placed an order for food delivery through Grab, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant, unexpectedly canceled one of the main courses, which was the centerpiece of my meal. Thankfully, I received a notification about the deduction, but my order was left incomplete, rendering the side dishes useless on their own. There was no communication from the restaurant regarding this issue—no call, no explanation—just the removal of the main course from my order. I had to take the initiative to call them myself, only to be informed that the dish was unavailable. When I requested to cancel the order, the staff simply agreed without offering any alternative or apology. The lack of concern and poor service was appalling. To the restaurant owner: If you don’t train your staff to handle situations like this properly, it will inevitably affect your business. Based on this experience, I will never order from this place again.
