Made a purchase 2 weeks ago via the app; missed out on the unit number by accident. the store called but i missed it the first time as i wasnt looking at my phone. Today i looked at my voicemail and discovered that the person who called scolded vulgarities and didnt realise he was on voicemail. Is this the type of service paying customers get ?
