I placed a self-collection order at Domino's Pizza AMK Blk 574, and the experience was excellent. Aishah was very courteous, friendly, and welcoming when I collected my order. I was a regular Domino's customer ordering approximately 10–12 pizzas every month. Unfortunately, I have decided to stop ordering from Domino's entirely after repeated negative experiences. My main complaint is that delivery riders consistently mark orders as "Delivered" before the pizza has actually arrived. This has happened so frequently across multiple orders that it appears to be a normal practice rather than an isolated mistake. If the pizza has not reached the customer, it should not be marked as delivered. What finally pushed me to leave was my experience when I called the Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 branch to raise this concern. Instead of receiving proper assistance, the staff member who answered the call abruptly hung up before my concern was addressed. To the female Malay ethnic staff that picked up the call, note that when you picked up the call and addresses customers services issues, who are you representing and you are not representing yourself. Customers who had consistently been treated unfairly with poor service on multiple incidents will never understand that you are new. Last but not least, I am not sure how you were trained or brought up that being in a uncomfortable position that defensive mechanism appears as an entitlement of a knee jerk reaction leading to an adrupt hung up of call. Mistakes can happen. Repeated operational issues combined with poor customer service are much harder to accept. I am not writing this as a one-time customer. I am writing this as someone who supported Domino's regularly and consistently. Unfortunately, after this experience, I have lost confidence in both the delivery process and customer service standards. As a result, I will no longer be ordering from Domino's. Update – A Customer's Final Observation I am posting this update together with screenshots of Domino's response to my review and screenshots of the ratings of numerous Domino's outlets across Singapore. For transparency, this review is written by the same individual who previously raised concerns regarding Domino's delivery and customer service experience. I was not a one-time customer. I was ordering approximately 10–12 pizzas per month from Domino's. The recurring issue I experienced was simple: Orders were repeatedly marked as "Delivered" before the pizza had physically arrived at my doorstep. This did not occur once. It did not occur twice. It occurred repeatedly across numerous orders over an extended period. As a customer, I rely on the delivery tracking system to know the actual status of my order. If a pizza has not yet arrived, on what basis is it being marked as delivered? When I contacted the outlet to raise the matter, the call was disconnected before my concern was properly addressed. After posting my review, Domino's responded with the standard reply shown in the attached screenshot. I encourage readers to compare my concerns against the response provided. The response did not explain why orders were marked as delivered before arrival. The response did not indicate whether the matter would be investigated. The response did not address the disconnected call. The response did not provide accountability for the issues raised. Instead, I was simply directed to submit feedback through another channel. What surprised me even more was what I discovered when I reviewed the ratings of numerous Domino's outlets across Singapore. The screenshots attached show multiple outlets carrying ratings in the range of approximately 1.4 to 3.3 stars. It is to ask a simple question: When numerous outlets across the same brand carry ratings significantly below what most customers would consider acceptable, are these isolated incidents, or is there a broader operational issue that deserves management attention? Readers can examine the screenshots and decide for themselves. I am not seeking vouchers. I am not seeking discounts. I am not seeking compensation. I am documenting my experience as a long-term customer who supported the brand consistently and who has ultimately lost confidence in the delivery process, customer service standards, and complaint-handling process. I have made the decision to stop ordering from Domino's entirely. This is no longer about a pizza. It is about trust. It is about accountability.
