I have placed my order at 3.09pm in advance to be delivered at 5.45pm from Tampines North outlet. I have waited till 6.35pm but still haven deliver. I called the Tampines North hotline, there were no answer and they even blocked my call. As I have guest and children at home waiting for dinner, I decided to go down to your outlet personally. I have spoken to your manager of outlet and was very disappointed how RUDE he was. I do reasonably understand that today is Mother's day, but if your staff unable to handle the order, they shouldn't take in anymore orders or rather keep the customer update on the status of delay, instead they blocked my call. There were NO apology. I have inconvenience myself to go down to your outlet to collect my order despite paying for the delivery fee! When I asked to speak to the manager again, he refuse to come out to attend to me. The service is HORRIBLE AND POOR! Price per person: $80–90 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If i could i would have given negative stars. Call in multiple times to check on our order that was ordered more than an hour ago but no one answered. After reading the reviews we realised we weren’t the only one experiencing this nonsense. Something is seriously wrong with this outlet. If you guys are short staffed and aren’t able to do deliveries then please either close down the outlet or just open for pickups only. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
