When dominos says they 'strive for the best experience' and give the 'best service', i find that to be a joke, ive been a foodie for a decade now and dominos is the only food place where even if i had no food for a week id still not eat dominos pizza. twice i orders once on their own app and once on grab both times the staff refuse to give a shit about the delays. worse they complete my order when i book on grab when i never gotten the food, delying the coupons for delayed meals. i ordered at 7 pm starving after a days work in the office and its 9 pm and i never gotten my food and the 2 drivers i got both claim that the staff arrogently told them to leave as they would not give them the order number and there was nothing they could do about it. at least using grab you can apply for refunds. if you do that on dominos app they block your number and refuse to pick up your calls. thats the truth of dominos pizza. whereas you go to pizza hut. damn ive never had a bad experience there. whatever you go do not online order dominos go to their store and look them in the eyes whiel you order cus at that point they are forced to make your food or you make a complain for wsiting for 2 hours when there is no line, and. this type of complain does not violate the Protection from Harassment Act (POHA), as long as you dont so anything physical or yelling, jsut ask why your pizza is taking 2 hours when the line is 5 people long and that pizza takes on average 15-25 mins, not 2 hours. I tried contacting Killiney outlet and called for more than an hour but no one answered. I was prepared to give them a harsh feedback. And when I went there, I was shocked to see there were only 3 staff preparing the ton of orders! They did a great job in preparing the pizzas. Everyone was smiling and greeted me despite the mad rush to prepare the pizzas. Keep up with the great job!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5
