Placed an order on the dominos website for a pizza at 1.30 and came down to the shop and it was closed. If you were closed you could at least have the decency to update your timings and to not accept new orders online??? now i spent money for a pizza i didn’t receive and even had to take the time to come down just to be met with a cold glass door??? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered thru grab food and self pickup. Arrived 6.16pm as instructed, order not even prepared. Still hv many other grab food drivers and direct customer still waiting. Now 6.56pm.. still not ready. Kitchen only hv 1 cook and 2 other staff which I'm not sure what they're doing. Last time will buy from there. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
